  • Sales of security software to new customers and existing. (no cold calling) Leads come from our website, our suppliers and customers.
  • Process orders and follow-up with customers.
  • Provide remote support for wide variety client software and operating systems.

More Information:

We are looking for someone who has technical skills, strong diagnostic skills to assess customer needs and provide after sale support.

We have a large base of existing customers that we provide both onsite support and help desk support to.

Virtualization skills would be an asset.

The job is mostly phone/email so strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Compensation will be dependent on ability.
