Full Time Technical Sales and Support
- Sales of security software to new customers and existing. (no cold calling) Leads come from our website, our suppliers and customers.
- Process orders and follow-up with customers.
- Provide remote support for wide variety client software and operating systems.
We are looking for someone who has technical skills, strong diagnostic skills to assess customer needs and provide after sale support.
We have a large base of existing customers that we provide both onsite support and help desk support to.
Virtualization skills would be an asset.
The job is mostly phone/email so strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Happy, smiling energetic people seem to work best within our team setting.
Compensation will be dependent on ability.
